Q.How do I view, print and download Account & Transaction Statements and Realized P/L Statements?

Left click on the “Account Balances” tab on the top menu in e-Formula. From the pull-down menu or left side menu (depending on what your user settings are) under “Report”, click on either “Account & Transaction” or “Realized P/L Statements” to create the kind of statement that you would like for the time period that you desire. The maximum time period is up to 1 year per statement.

Q.How do I check my working orders and order history?

A.

Click on the “Trade” tab on the top menu in e-Formula. Then, click on “Order List” from the pull-down menu or on the left side menu (depending on what your user settings are). You will then be able to see all of your open orders and the status of them. If you would like to see your order history, click on the “Order History” tab at the top of this “Order List” page.

Q.How do I receive my User ID and Password for the e-Formula trading system after opening an account?

A.

After reading all of the risk disclosure documents and submitting all of the account opening documentation, the application to open a new account will be evaluated . If the application is approved a temporary password will be sent by registered mail and the User ID will be sent by email. The temporary password is sent by registered mail for security purposes and to confirm the address registered with the account.

A.

Access the Formula log-in page and click on “Forgot User ID or Password”. Fill-out and submit the form. Your User ID or new Password will be sent to you after verifying all of the submitted information.

Q.How do I change my password?

A.

Log-in to Formula and click on “User Settings” on the top menu. The “Change Password” screen should appear. If not, click on “Change Password” on the menu on the left side of the screen. Enter your old password and then your new password twice and click on “Submit”. Your password must be between 4-10 characters.

Log-in to e-Formula and click on “Trade” or “Special Order” on the top menu depending on what kind of order that you would like to place. If you would like to place a standard type of order, click on “Trade”. If you would like to make a more specialized type or order such as a spread trade, etc. click on “Special Order”. Then click on what type of order that you would like to place from the pull-down menu or left side menu. Enter your order(s) from the selected order screen.

Q.What types of orders may be placed through the e-Formula trading system?

There are various order types available through the e-Formula trading system.

The 4 basic order types available through e-Formula are:

  •  a market order
  •  a limit order
  •  a stop order
  •  stop limit order

Depending on the order type and exchange, the above order types might also include FaS (Fill and Store), FaK (Fill and Kill) or FoK (Fill or Kill) capability. Additionally, e-Formula also offers spread, OCO (One Cancels the Other) and combination order capability.

Q.How do I cancel or change an order through e-Formula?

Click on the “Trade” tab on the top menu. Then, click on “Cancel/Change Order” from the pull-down menu or the left side menu (depending on what your settings are) and find the order that you would like to cancel or change and start by checking either “Cancel” or “Change”. Then, follow the steps to either cancel or change the criteria of your order.

If it is a “Special Order” type, you can also cancel or change orders by clicking on “Special Order” on the top menu and click on the appropriate order list under “Special Order List” from the pull-down menu or left side menu (depending on what your settings are) and find the order that you would like to cancel or change.
