eFormula Online Trading System
Click on the “Account Balances” tab on the top menu in e-Formula. From the pull-down menu or left side menu (depending on what your user settings are) under “Report”, click on either “Account & Transaction” or “Realized P/L Statements” to create the kind of statement that you would like for the time period that you desire. The maximum time period is up to 1 year per statement.
Click on the “Order List” tab on the top menu in “eFormula”. From the pull-down menu or on the left side menu (depending on what your user settings are) click on “Order List” and on this page there is a tab for “Order History” which you can click on to see your order history. To view your open positions, click on “Open Position List” from the pull-down menu. To view your filled orders, click on “Filled Order List” from the pull-down menu.
Click on the link below and you will be directed to the e-Formula log-in page. Enter your User ID and Password and click “Log-in”. You may also log-in to e-Formula through the Dot Commodity website.
Q.How do I receive my User ID and Password for the e-Formula trading system after opening an account?A.
After reading all of the risk disclosure documents and submitting all of the account opening documentation, your application to open a new account will be evaluated. If the application is approved a temporary password will be sent by registered mail and the User ID will be sent by email. The temporary password is sent by registered mail for security purposes and to confirm the address registered with the account.
Access the Formula log-in page and click on “Forgot User ID or Password”. Fill-out and submit the form. Your User ID or new Password will be sent to you after verifying all of the submitted information.
Log-in to Formula and click on “User Settings” on the top menu. From the pull-down menu click on “Change Password”. Enter your old password and then your new password twice and click on “Submit”. Your password must be between 4-10 characters.
There is an application for the “Formula” trading system available through Apple iTunes that can be used for iPhone and iPad. For more information click on the following link:
Log-in to “e-Formula” and click on the “User Settings” tab on the top menu. Click on “Change User Settings” from the pull-down menu. After selecting the changes that you wish to make click on “Submit”.
Log-in to e-Formula and click on “FOP Trade” on the top menu and click on the type of order that you would like to place from the pull-down menu. Enter your order(s) from the selected order screen.
Q.How do I access the Risk Disclosure Agreements including Trading Guides, Terms and Conditions, etc.?A.
Click on the following link to access all of the Risk Disclosure Agreements.
Log-in to Formula and click on the “Account Balances” tab on the top menu. Click on “Account Deposit/Withdrawal History” under “Money Transfer” from the pull-down menu or the left side menu (depending on what your settings are) and click on the button for the appropriate category that you would like to view.
There are various order types available through the e-Formula trading system.
The 4 basic order types available through e-Formula are:
- a market order
- a limit order
- a stop order
- stop limit order
Depending on the order type and exchange, the above order types might also include FaS (Fill and Store), FaK (Fill and Kill) or FoK (Fill or Kill) capability. Additionally, e-Formula also offers spread, ID-DONE, OCO (One Cancels the Other) and other special types of order capability. Please log-in to “eFormula” to see the different kinds of order types available.
Click on the “FOP Trade” tab on the top menu. Then click on “Cancel/Change Order” from the pull-down menu or the left side menu (depending on what your settings are) and find the order that you would like to cancel or change and start by checking either “Cancel” or “Change”. Then, follow the steps to either cancel or change the details of your order.
If it is a type of “Special Order”, click on the special order type that have an open position in from the pull-down menu or the left side menu (depending on what your settings are)and click on the tab at the top of the screen to cancel or change your order.
Log-in to e-Formula and click on the “Account Balances” tab on the top menu. Click on “Account Balances” or “Account Balances (New Window)” from the pull-down menu (or the left side menu depending on your user settings) and you will be able to view your account balances.
