Q.What safety measures are in place for the protection of the funds in my account?
A.As mandated by law, all client account funds are placed into a segregated account through the Japan Commodity Clearing House (JCCH) or JSF Trust and Banking Co. Ltd. Additionally, the National Futures Protection Fund insures each account up to 10 million yen for funds designated for trading in Japaneses domestic commodity futures markets.
