Spot Month Liquidation Deadlines for TOCOM Contracts

All open positions must be liquidated before the expiry date of the contract according to the date and time deadlines written below for all TOCOM contracts. For contracts listed on overseas exchanges, click on the following link for information on the deadlines to liquidate open positions in the spot month:

The deadline to liquidate open positions in the spot may be changed at any time at the discretion of the relevant exchange or by Dot Commodity. If the client does not liquidate their open positions in the spot month contract by the deadline, Dot Commodity will liquidate all open positions as a market order on the client’s behalf before the expiry of the contract. Any losses incurred due to the forced liquidation are the sole responsibility of the client and the client will not hold Dot Commodity responsible for any losses incurred. Regular commission fees will be charged on all forced liquidation transactions. Dot Commodity does not provide any services for the physical delivery of any commodity futures products.

Liquidation Deadlines for TOCOM Contracts

TOCOM Gold, Mini-Gold, Platinum, Mini-Platinum, Crude Oil and Rubber contracts: 3:30 p.m. JST the business day before the expiry date.
TOCOM Silver, Palladium, Gasoline, Kerosene, Gas Oil, Azuki Red Beans, Raw Sugar, Chukyo Gasoline and Chukyo Kerosene contracts: 3:30 p.m. JST on the 15^th day of the expiry month (if the 15^th is a holiday, the previous business day will apply).
TOCOM Corn and Soybeans: 3:30 p.m. JST on the 1^st business day of the expiry month.

No new position orders in the spot month will be accepted for all contracts from the 1^st business day of the expiry month for all TOCOM contracts including any working limit or stop orders that had previously been placed.

Left click on the “Account Balances” tab on the top menu in e-Formula. From the pull-down menu or left side menu (depending on what your user settings are) under “Report”, click on either “Account & Transaction” or “Realized P/L Statements” to create the kind of statement that you would like for the time period that you desire. The maximum time period is up to 1 year per statement.

How do I check my working orders and order history?

If the application is approved a temporary password will be sent by registered mail and the User ID will be sent by email.
